Hi all,

Having trouble uploading photos, I go to Attachments, Add files, Select files, Uplaod, then get this error message. [IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2038"]. Am i doing something wrong, Could the attachment be 2 big, even though i have already re-sized the original? I'm computer literate, but this has me stumped. Is there any other way i can upload photos using a external ftp program?

Cheers and beers in advance,

Todd

Hi Todd, what type of files are you trying to upload.

Just pictures like .jpg .gif's etc or something different?

Hi AB,
Just .jpg files of my rig, tried a few nights ago when i joined the forum, but had the same problem, might just try resizing smaller again and see how that goes.

See how you go but this program should just resize it to suit. Try that and if it doesnt work then let me know mate.

Ill run some tests now too.

Thanks for the heads up.

Just tried to upload a 3mb .jpg and it did not work.

There must be size restrictions to upload.

So everyone be aware of this if you have a good quality digital camera.

I'll work on fixing this soon.

Always problems somewhere pauly.

Just been researching that problem, seems to be common with a new upgrade going around.

If your still having issues Todd and your using Firefox or Chrome, try it in IE.

Sorry for the stuff around, seems to be a new problem.

We need to contact our provider tomorrow and change some security code to match this new upgrade that mustve just happened.

would have been good if they told us about it.

This may sound silly, try uploading a pic that is higher then 220kb

other people seem to be able to upload over 220kb but not anything under.
