GU door hinges

Hey all, has anyone got information on replacement door hinges for the GU, I have done some googleing but only seem to come up with expensive stories from other people and no real solution.

That's true, the bushes are steel, as are the pins, the pins get bent during manufacture causing the bush to wobble, work loose and then split.
The hinge body is pressed from a very soft steel.
I have tried re-bushing the Ebay hinges and they are so soft that they don't retain the new bronze bush.
