Looks to be doing the trick though mate!!

Welcome aboard, and when you get the chance, slip over to the introductions section and say g'day and let us know a bit about yourself and your rig. No harm done at all mate, but something we ask for and let's everyone know who they're yakking to.

Apart from that, great to have you on here and join in and make yourself at home!!

Don't know if its just me but I cant see a booster on the clutch master cylinder, I thought they all had em, how weird.

Welcome Gonz, the air filter looks good mate, a bit like a patroldocta air box.

Hey gec, my 97 GQ Ute doesn't have the clutch booster, I suppose it depends on the specs of the original vehicle.

My clutch doesn't seem to bad, but I suppose when it eventually gets upgraded I might change my opinion.

Sorry for the thread hijack.

I have GQ with EFI and LPG and of course my airbox has gone to the happy hunting grounds, I too am working on a fix. running a pod aircleaner temporary but working on an alloy box. Making a cardboard template right now, Ive got a tig so lets give it a go. I dont appear to have the room for the A360 filter so I am looking at boxing the pod. Once thats done maybe a snorkel........
I am looking for cooler air as my gq seems to lose power on gas when the weather get hot.
posting a few pics...........if all goes according to plan

dont mean to hijack but i did this on my 4.2 a while ago using a range rover discovery V8 airbox and a custom bracket. Needed something this big so i could run a 3inch intake and outlet for more airflow. Does the job well.
