Hi All,

I have a 2005 GU4 and would like to put Cruise Control on it. Does anyone know where the control module is located? I have a factory set from a GU3 or earlier, but it doesn't fit on the steering whell.

Also, is the control module the same part number as the earlier models?

Thanks

Rory

Thanks Scotty, I forgot to add that. It's a ZD30 with manual transmission. I'll have to figure out how to add it so it comes up on the bottom of my posts like you guys

Did you end up sorting this out? I would suggest an autron cruise as an aftermarket kit. The controls can be mounted to the steering wheel like the factory controls. Infact, autron make a kit to mount their controls specifically for Patrol steering wheels to fill in some space. I have done quite a few installs on patrols and wounldnt hesitate putting one on mine if I wanted cruise...

A bit pricer than a kmart job, but well worth it in my opinion. Also, it is drive by wire for reference.

Cheers.
