2009 Nissan ST Patrol 3.0 diesel......Looking at buying this, good tow vehicle?

Hey guys, i am new to 4WD so any advice is good advice, looking at a 2009 ST Patrol diesel to tow a ski boat, just wondered if any of you tow with the new diesel??

Mate, you won't have any problems towing with the CRD. It won't be the fastest up hills but it will always get you there. A chip might help. Auto or manual?
I've been towing a ton for a while and don't even notice it on the back, from November I'll be towing 2.5t and very confident of it.....LOL

Yep I agree with Kris, I had a 2007 CRD GU and it towed very well, the only problem that I found was that it did not have enough get up and go to overtake so I put a DP Chip on it and also put a 2.75" dump and a 3" straight through exhaust system on it...problem solved..
But I have a lead foot so that was my choice...LOL
FYI the only reason that I got rid of it was the way that I drive, it was such a great Patrol that I did not want to destroy it..
