GPS with SiRFIII

Any of you guys using a GPS with the SiRF III chip in them, if so how quick do you get satellites on startup?

Mine takes between 20-40 seconds to connect which is a bit long, I think it should be nearly instant on hot startup.

Mine is one of those 7" double din all in one units and the aerial is on the dash.
It doesn't really bother me too much but thought I'd ask anyway.

I can't help you Kris, sorry mate. I have an old Navman which can even take up to 2 minutes to find all the satellites.
