Y61 Rb25DET swap and use re4r03a gearbox.

Hi,
i have a problem for y61 TB45E. RB25det swap is done. Car is running but; Put D and drive, car is only running on 3th (3 or 4) gear locked.
No shift up or shift down (1 or 2 gear position not working D is locked. Before swap gearbox running perfect.).

I'm check TB45e TCM to RE4 gearbox TCM connection.

ECM PIN to TCM PIN;

7 to 39 = RPM OUTPUT (use standalone ecu and working cluster rpm gauges)
48 to 32 = Sensor 5v
30 to 42 = Sensor GND

all 12v and GND's okey.

Problems;
Why locked 3th or 4th gear and why not shift up? (manual 2 or 1 not working)

ECM 38 TPS output where input to tcm? and what is this other pins?

56 to 41?
14 to 6?
15 to 7?
5 to 5?
