Chip problem

Hi I have just bought a Tuning box from Ecochiping uk for a 1999 2.8 and have the installation manual for the connection to the ECU plug .The pins are all numbered for connection and all are ok but one and that is pin number 23 that pin is vacant and yet the Nissan manual says its white and that is the problem it is empty so I cannot connect the remaining wire in .Can anybody help on this HELP .

Hopefully someone with a 2.8 can check for you and check to see if its there and where it goes.

Can't really help you much with this one as my diesel chip just plugs into a plug behind the injectors. Not sure what kind of chip you've bought where you have to hard wire it into the ECU.. I wouldn't be touching that with a 10ft pole.

Maybe if you took a few pictures of the chip and the wires/plugs, it might shed a bit more light.
