Wow, just Wow. I would love to do something like that.
How do you navigate in such conditions. Like the last photo for example, you cant see the road or signs or anything....

Stay right there, I coming over!! Looks great, we dont get that type of driving over here. Lots of great looking vehicles as well, thanks for the pics. What I noticed is the absolute deflation of the tyres, again something learnt today and seen in practice.

On the RED GQ Y60 Patrol registration plate YE 710, where do you get a set of flares like that? Do you have a name of the supplier?

formverk.is and brettakantar.is i dont think they have good websites. How big tires do you have?

Looking at it for a Portal Axle upgrade that pushes the wheel track out 100mm per side. The biggest I can source is 100mm, so want a little bit extra. How wide are your flares - 150mm? Largest diameter we can go to is 35" diameter legally in Australia

The country looks fantastic, you are very lucky to have that to enjoy. Regards the flares I think I can gauge the width and they would be ample for my future needs, thanks for the help.

My flares are 150mm but for 44" tires.maby you could use 38" 150mm flares.

Thanks Bessi, its a way off yet to this modification, just collecting info on where I can buy things when needed. I think I am looking like 100 - 125mm wide at this time., Greta looking truck there also.

how do the suzuki sierras fare over there? they never really had the best heater over here in australia, and werent hugely powerful either only came with a 1.0L or 1.3L motor i think. that would struggle to turn those big tyres! thanks for sharing the snaps mate, it is totally another world, with some very impressive scenery.

I think the only thing left of the "Suzuki" is the body,it has v8 and Patrol axels i dont know about the frame.Im told it drives like a skidoo.

Hi mates here is varieti of trucks in past years. All kind of swaps, different axel's,engines, suspension, turbo“s.I like this,no two cars are the same. You see different things from different parts of the country and you are always learning something new. The orange y60 is a monster with 4.2 lc 80 engine and big turbo, the blue y60 has 350 chevy, dark green y60 is cummins 5,9.I dont know the orange Jeep pickup but it is pretty extreme. And the scenery is often mind blowing.Hveravellir is a geothermal area in 650 m above sea level, you can take a bath there all year around. Please comment if you want to see more because i have a ton of pictures.
