Box Trailer through Fraser Island Inland Tracks

Is this possible. Or will the sand ruts be too high for a box trailer.
My mate is asking. He has a 2 inch lifted Prado 120 V6.

Dont think problem as long as pressures down. Been 20 years but not the simpson.
