Patrol Stock Headunit.

Does anyone know the actual dimensions of the stock Patrol headunit from a 2010 Patrol? I believe it's a Fujitsu 10 unit. I want to replace it with this http://www.kenwood.com/au/car/visual_navigation/ddx9017dabs. It seems to be a big unit especially depth and I can't take the trim off for a couple of weeks. TIA.

I know the space isn't very deep, when I installed my single DIN unit I had to use right angle RCA adaptors to get the cables to clear the air ducts.
