Do you mean you want to put a back wall on the cab or extending the cab?
Tim (Finly owner) has a LWB MK (the blue one not the red one!) sitting in his yard so may be able to help with a roof panel depending on where you are.

Put up some pictures of what you have and edit them to show what you want to do.

HHMM,
This could be interesting
There are a few wee pitfalls, doin these conversions
The roofs at the point above the rear of the front doors are slightly different between a wagon and a SWB or ute
The wagon roofs have bugger all strength once the roof is cut, unlike the SWB and ute , which are strong at that point
Some use and a popular choice is,
Cut the wagon roof near the front doors and use the rear wall from a ute
This gives an extra cab , tray back
Styleside /fullbody extended cab type ute , theres a few in QLD
ALOT more mods required to do this
Welding up rear doors and adding strength ect ect
Roof skin between an MQ/MK and GQ are as close as damn it to identical
When i see some piccies , ill steer ya threw some probs

I can cut it off at pillars and you can organise transport, they can pick up from my work.
