As part of my 'rebuild' i'm looking at getting some shock upgrades for my 75' - could anyone recommend what shocks to go with? Again, limited funds, but open to suggestions! ( i think the fornt is springs and the rear is leafs! )

G'day mate, I am assuming that you are talking about a 1975 Patrol rather than a 75 series LC? If i am right i would think that your options will be a little limited given the age of the vehicle but not impossible.

You may find that you need to get as much info as you can from your car, ie, eye to eye length and shock length currently etc and try and match up to something that is currently available???

Sorry mate i might be talking rubbish too but i'd be surprised. I think your best bet would be to go with Old Man Emu as they have been around that long and likely have your model listed, most others would not exist then.

Good luck mate.

HEY! How about some pics of you beast mate.....

Cheers MR

::EDIT> i just saw your intro thread mate, nice truck.

An easy cheap buy would be Monroe and they are still available for yours.

BTW its coils or leafs.....they both springs, just so you can sound like you know what you're talking about.
