Problem with clutch booster

I have a problem with my clutch booster which the vacuum rubber seal are wear off. So the clutch are very heavy and hard to press. can anybody advise how to DIY this issue and also where i can find this rubber seal. If i not mistaken, the replacement part model is 30684-01J25. Appreciate your advise. By the way, my car model is TD42 manufacture 1996.
