Mate had to pull his alternator apart (was a cruiser tho) brushes were stuck in. We stayed out of the mud as much as possible. Lessons learned multiple times unfortunately.

From your place? Its just around the corner! Never forget the easter the forum did there 3 or so years ago. Bloody great place and keen to go again but not the mud! I had to drive home with a cement filled and failed radiator back to Melbourne.

That place kills radiators if you enter those mud baths.
