As we are 'remote' I've decided to tackle filters myself. Any tips on removing the fuel and oil filters, or they just a pain...? I've looked a couple of times and they don't appear to be too easy.

Thanks
Ian

You can loosen the oil filter with either a 3/8 ratchet in the end of the filter housing or a small strap type filter wrench around the outside. You keep the filter casing and replace the cartridge inside.

I have not had to replace my fuel filter so can't help with advice on that front. I have heard the fuel system can be a bugger to bleed afterwards though.

Thanks Tony
I've had the fuel filter assy out but with wires and drain tubes I hoped there was an easier way ... Oh well.
The oil filter is just in an awkward spot, so same deal, hoped there was an easier way. Your suggestion sounds good. I'll give it a go

Thanks again

not much you can do about wire but drain tube will come off . Its not that bad to do , and when installing new fuel filter dont do it up tight untill primed
