Ok. This is happening.
Either on Saturday the 9th or Sunday the 10th of January 2016
We'll have Kevin 07 along for the trip so planned on showing him the more scenic section and a little play at buggy park..
We may do robe to beachport depending of the weather and if we make good time it means more time at buggy park.
So any takers??

If its a legal requirement then the 6 other cars i came across today didnt have them. Im staying in robe this week 😆Just drove from robe to noira crena today. There is some mighty soft sand on some of those beaches, especially errington beach at the noira crena end..... best purchase goes to maxtrax63276

Yea many don't and they do run a risk..
They don't have to be much.
An old rod and flag will do..
I think it has to be 3m above the ground and 300x300 hi vis flag. That's all..

And yes very soft. It's awesome though hey..
Will you still be about after new years or keen on another run with the crew??

I won't be able to make it, we will be taking care of the grand-kids while my son is in Sydney getting a couple of operations.

Ill do a DIY 2/3 piece sand flag build tomorrow for you.
The one Im doing will suit those ARB/ chinese copy roof racks.
only requires two 3/16th holes to be drilled, will last a lifetime and easy as to do

The Mrs and I will be Driving through Robe sometime later this week, Would like to do some beach driving, but don't want to do it alone. If anyone in the area thinking of doing it would be goood if we had someone to do it with. We are new to 4wd'ing also and won't really know what we're doing!

Do you have recovery tracks? First time i went no maxtrax and was a pain in the arse. Seocnd time maxtrax and so simple if you do get a little stuck. Highly recommended. Personally wouldnt go near a beach again without them, especially north of noira crena.

Max tracks only are risky atm.

But stay high, 15psi and some common sense and we were fine

Couple shots took on the phone today. Only went from Nora Creina to Beachport. Was bit nervous doin it by myself and being first time taking the patrol off road really, but saw plenty of cars out there. So was prett good. Didn't get stuck at all. Was good fun! Got a few more shots on the camera. But didn't take that many.

EDIT: not sure why those photos uploaded upside down. Not sure how to change it. :/
