Day-Trip Fathers Day 6th Sept 2015 Melbourne

G'day All,

I was wondering if anyone had any plans for doing a day trip this fathers day? I'm keen to take my 2 kids out for a bit of a 4x4 day, I'm new to this though so my patrol is stock and my skills are pretty basic :o. Anywhere around Melbourne say within a 1.5 - 2 hour drive would be great. I'm hoping for a relatively cruisy, fun day to spend with the kids (11 & 8).

no worries guys, hopefully you manage to swing it. I'm operating on the 'its fathers day so shouldn't i get to do something I want to do' :D approach. Plus the quality time having fun with the kids :).
