Custom Rear Bars in WA?

I would love a steel rear bar for a GUiii Wagon, I would love for it to have swing aways for a spare and 1 or 2 jerrys, id ESPECIALLY love for it to have a cradle for a rear mounted winch, heck id love for it to be pretty much EXACTLY what uneek4x4 offer ....EXCEPT, I would like it to be from WA and not come with the Uneek price tag.

Sorry if that sounds like i want a lot for a little but i just dont think a rear bar should be 3 x the price of a front bar.

Does anyone know of any fabricators in Perth that could build one for less?
