hey guys thought i should show off my ride finally :tongue:

its a 98 GU 4.5L petrol/gas
- 35" maxxis bighorns
- 3" sus lift
- oricom uhf through a GME ariel
- custom draws, built in compressor with rectractable hose, dual batterys, and a pure sine wave inverter
- nissan alloy bullbar
- 2x lightforce 170's
- custom sliders
- and lots of scratches

nah not to much just a few scratches and that nice big dent on the rh front quater panel. those trees just jump out at you ai haha

haha nah she loved that hole. didnt do any damage at all going through there :)
the 60 series cruiser didnt get the same luck tho. he bent his exauhst back so we had to cut it out haha

I don't think 35"s with lots of tread fit on the barn door. The smaller door won't open if the 35" tyre has a lot of tread.

Not sure about GU's but they wont work on GQ's unless the tread is low.

the 35's fit on the door but the big door doesnt open the whole way because it hits the plastic bumper and rips out the bumper screws haha

Nowoolies- the tyres arent to bad with wear on the road but they make a fair bit of noise

plasnart- i wish i could add lockers to the list but not just yet. apprentice wages are a b**** haha

yer im getting the guard looked at soon by a mates dad whose a pannel beater. if im lucky itll just cost me a carton of piss :)

yer the old girl certainly loves it haha. just no big jumps anymore i bent all the steering rods in my last car wen i jumped it in the dunes

blake_gq4.2 - nah not a fan of the stainless snorkels ai ill probs go with a safari or watevers cheap.

I'm doing my own DIY stainless steel one at the moment mate and I think all up it should only cost about $200.

I'll post up a full DIY thread in the next week or so if all goes well and see what you think for budget wise.

The stainless can easily be other materials too and sprayed black/grey etc.
