Hi Kevin, just copy and paste from the internet browser you are using.

For this page I just copied this: http://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forums/showthread.php?32249-Cross-country-i-c

Just highlight the internet address and copy, (use Ctrl & C at the same time) then click the mouse in the post you want to paste it then (Ctrl & V), it should appear.

A link is just the URL at the top of the page where you would type in www.nissanpatrol.com.au, you just select all of the text and right click copy then in the text bar on the forum right click and select paste .. Done
