Hey guys,
I know a few people have put there's up but I thought I might share what I have done so far.
So for me, I have a giant puppy (see my into page) and he takes up a lot of room in the back, so from the get go I could only use half the space to store all of my crap aka recovery gear. I thought I would make it from aluminum and thin mdf to try and make it light as I will be putting the second battery and redarc LV battery charger in there. so here goes........
P.S. most of the materials was bought from bunnings.

here is the base of the frame in the back to see the size. its roughly 55cm from the side to the outer edge of the frame.

Here is the main frame with the bottom attached. the bottom is 9mm mdf. I think the structure from memory is 240mm high, 550mm wide and 900mm deep

Then I did pine to hold the rails on the side. no specific reason for pine, just had it lying around and it worked. Also got some 125kg each drawer runners off good ol e-b-a-y.
