Well considering there is only one post in this section I thought ill throw something up. These are some little tracks around Rockhampton, Im trying to find some better camping spots, longer treks and tracks.

Five rocks (of course)
End of Quay st (mud)
Water tower and quarry near Qmag off alexandra st
upper ulam (off highway and heads up mt morgan)
mt morgan dam
Belmont creek
stoney ck rock track

Any of those from cq will probably know about most of the tracks on that list, but any others would be fantastic! as im getting desperate for new spots.....cheers

If you are interested in going a bit further afield the trek to Stanage Bay can be a challenge but the free camping at Happy Valley and Plum Tree are really worth it

If You are ever in biloela, There are a few tracks at callide dam. Not the hardest tracks so good for beginners but if you search a bit there are a few more challanging spots.

Hey guys...I am also new to Rocky and on the lookout for some good tracks...just did Quay st today but very dry...still fun though, I too am heading to Brissy for xmas and wont be back till the 7th of Jan but will be looking for some day trips or whatever...will keep an eye on this post in future if you guys want another driver, my shorty is pretty well set up and I will have my winch and recovery gear ready as soon as I get back from Brissy...looking forward to heading out with other people...gets a bit boring by yourself and I would like to actually test my shorty instead of keeping to the places where I might not need someone to help me out...if that makes any sense haha

Cheers Jays
