We have decided we will provide the spit meat and you need to supply your own sides.. salads veg what ever.

I will also be providing about $50 worth of snags for lunch on the Saturday plus bread.

No I am paying for the snags and the meat for the spit is a long story and will be explained on the night... as for donations that is for the toilet which needs to be covered as this is the only real out of pocket expense.

Kevin is helping with the organising also but I think a table or 2 is needed.. I have a long plastic job I will bring which I think you have the same type at your place.

I will be buying the meat on Friday and taking it too Georges parents place where it will be marinated overnight then George and Billy will be bring it along Saturday...

We will start the sausages at 1 pm and the spit will start up soon after that to be ready by 6pm for the first cut.... with many cuts to come.

We might need some signs made to stick on trees so as to help find the place???

Maybe a google maps pin txt'd to everyone coming would work too? Saves printing and laminating. You can then simply use your phones maps app to find the place if needed.

I have a small plastic table I will bring as well, might be a good idea to bring some tarps and so on incase the rain resides to tag along as well. I have 2 big ones and one semi big that I will bring.
