Good Oil for 4.5 Dual Fuel GU

Hey guys... gonna do a service on the GU and just seeing if anyone has any recomendations as far as oil goes for a 4.5 running petrol / gas. I normally use the Penrite HPR range and occasionally Castrol Magnatec.. so if you have any good / bad stories as far as oil goes let me know.. cheers Dave
