Hi all,
I have just performed the diagnostic test as descrided in my manual on my 1999 GU, 4500 auto.
It brought up a code of 55. The problem I am having is my manual does not have a code 55 listed. Does anyone know what this code is?
Cheers
Tim

Check this thread for more info; http://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forums/showthread.php?595-Reading-and-erasing-GU-Patrol-fault-codes&highlight=diagnostic

The code you are seeing is probably code 0505 - no fault detected.

Sounds bad mate - you want to sell it? I'll even go to two cartons for the trade just because you're a good lad! lol

No - any code that you get is bad I will trade you for 3 cartons of any type of beer to take it off your hands then you will not have to worry about your patrol and you will be happy for 3 days drinking your cartons
