Hey guys, been a while since I've posted but hopefully there will be more to come with Ramjet back on the road :)

Turned the big 22 and decided to take ramjet up to five rocks for the weekend.

Just had a couple mates come up for it, quality over quanity. 3 patrols and a little rocky that kept up with the big boys until the end haha.

Was supposed to be a 2 night trip but a few problems arose with cars and fuel, so we only stayed the one night :(

The sand was the softest I've ever seen it, even on the usually smooth it was a challenge.

A few problems with cars,
Ramjet: brake line leak, headlight, easy fixes

The dual cab Mav: carby issues/dizzy/leads and spark plugs

Wagon: nice new body work ;)44455

Rocky: ended up doing the clutch just as we were leaving, good effort to keep with the big boys though.

Home now, couple coldies, already washed the sand and salt out of every nook and cranny I could.

So overall a great birthday, and a great trip!!

She's definitely no sunday cruising rig! It's at five rocks, about an hour trip out of Rockhampton in c.q.

Where did you get the PATROL letters for the bonnet?

5 rocks is a nice spot indeed so is the sand bowl for a bit of fun. The big hill climb sand dune at the start of by field last time I tried was so soft and chopped up by the big boys I almost didn't make it.

The little rockys are tough little rigs, just need to turn the boost up a couple psi to give it a bit more grunt sometimes, definitely a good rig,

You can buy them off ebay fairly cheap, they're just window stickers, I'll try and find the link again,

Yeah the first big hill (Big sandy), it's a test for anyone when it's soft, it's where my old suzy let go. Doesn't help when you have got arrogant people speeding down and forcing you to stop and go constantly though..
