drivers side window would only go down, and would just click going up. So I got a new winder as the old had a big gouge in it and I thought that was the problem but it was not the problem, I pulled the motor off to have closer look pulled it apart basically there is a cup shaped piece with 4 teeth going into a round plastic cog with teeth all the round. and a couple of circlips and washers. I could see the metal cup was bouncing around and its 4 teeth were coming out of position so as the plastic cog would not turn so I took a punt it took apart and started adding washers it took about 4mm of washers before it was all solid in there put it back together and now it works perfectly. sorry folks no pictures
