4.5 Litre EFI Rebuild or not

I have a spare 4.5 Litre Motor which has done approx 190,000 K's . It is a full Motor with Flywheel,Clutch,Alternator and Computer. This Motor was taken out of a 98 GU and replaced with a V8 for more Power.

Has anyone have an idea how much it would cost me to do a full recondition on this Motor and also any reputable Engine Reconditioner in Melbourne.

My 98 GU has done about 280,000 K's and whilst running quite Ok maybe it would be handy to have a spare Motor for the Future.
