cooling problems in my gq patrol with 6.5 chev diesel

I have a gq patrol with a chev diesel 6.5l n/a

I have aussie desert cooler radiator. but wen eva its just ideling loaded up with the boat a/c is wen ideling its just heats up to 100+ all the time and y ideas on wat can do? sits on 80 degrees all the time other than that. just need help on wat I can try and do get it under control.
