Hi Guys
This will be an easy one. On my 06 Dx zd30 i have a switch on the right hand side just under the air vent
it has a picture of an engine block with some wavy lines through it with an integral warning light. I know it is in the owners manual but i have'nt got one, so if some can tell me what it for i would be grateful

this is for worm up the engine when it is too cold. when pressed rise up the rpm to 1100 and the engine is worming faster. but to be sure, you must take a look in to the manual :)

It is the same as the new patrol, used to warm the engine up. Mine only runs while standing still, as soon as you put your foot on the clutch it cuts out and reverts to a lower standard idle speed.
