exhaust size

G`day
i have just been told by my local 4x4 shop
that it is very unwise to fit a 3 inch exhaust to my GU 3 litre 4 cylinder 12/2009
any advise please,
this was going to be next fit out then, maybe , possible , i might fit something that looks like a G P chip ,maybe as ive been told hahahahah.
does anyone know what problems i might run into if i fit this 3 inch exhaust

I'd be getting another opinion.

I have a 2 3/4 exhaust on my 2003 GU 3l DI and I've had no problems. I also have dawes and needle valves to control boost but that should not be an issue with your 2009 CRD Patrol.

In some cases yes, in other cases CRD = CAN'T REALLY DRIVE!
