suspect pump on a 3 litre turbo diesel intercool direct injection. top speed 100km per hour seems too slow and sluggish. dealership says that the pump and turbo faulty however there is no black smoke and turbo boosting well. Are there any suggestions?

Check your mufflers if fitted could have a blockage, increasing exhaust back pressure.

Also dealing with similar problems, it may be oil, it can be bad to touch or be stopventilu clogged exhaust pipe.
