Bob excellent pics mate, I love the view from up there its something else.

Planning a trip back there this year with my little brother for the spring once the tracks reopen....I can't wait

Definitely on my to do list since seeing it on a 4wd monthly dvd. Looks like an awesome place to explore and heaps of options.

Nice pics, Bob. I was born at Alexandra and lived at Thornton for 17 years, and Eildon was about 20k's from where I used to live. We used to go boat fishing on Lake Eildon quite often. My dad and uncle were carpenters and built their own boats (first was a speed boat and then a cabin cruiser), so I used to be reasonably familiar with the area. Your pics are how I used to remember. I even visualised a couple of pics with snow on them thar hills. lol. Thanks.
