Hi All,

Does anyone knows of any 4wd training I can participate preferably with a group in Shepparton or closer areas.

I did my 4wd training about 5 years back (TAFE) and like to refresh.

Thanks.

Hi mate,
I imagine one of the clubs up that way would do some training.
I'd have a look at the 4wd Victoria website to see who which clubs are active in the area.

Join a club. The training is usually free to members and you meet like minded people. Try this link .....

excix

I did some advanced driver training with Eric Montgomery (ex police) in the Shep area years ago.

Not sure if the school is still in existence but our course went over a number of days and was good stuff.

As an ex teacher the course really was the classic definition of education. Ie Education is what you remember after you have forgotten what you were taught! I still do what I was told to do there.

Thanks Chimo,

The name lead to me to DECA, I will check with them tomorrow and see what they are offering.

I left a message today and didn't hear anything back from DECA.

I will give it a go tomorrow and see what happens.

Join Club Train For Freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Even with a Club's joining fee you would still be paying less than half of paying for a non club course. If your partner wanted to do the training as well (recommended as you may get sick or hurt on a trip and someone will have to drive you to civilisation) it would also be freeeeeeeeee!
