can i swap 03 gu wagon diesel tank (rear) with my 99 gu cab chassis

Hi Guys,
haven't had my ute long and just discovered the back main diesel tank is leaking.
Have found some diesel tanks I can buy, but need to know if tanks out of a GU 2003 wagon will fit my GU 1999 cab chassis ute.
Any comments greatly appreciated!!

Hi

You'll need a tape measure, a note pad and a pen. Measure the mounts off the ute the go have a look at the new tank, measure it then compare

answer to my own question---YES-it does fit--only difference is the input pipe is a little bit smaller
