GU Steel Bar - Genuine bash plate for steel bar - Mud around radiator?

Hi All,

Just curious if anyone has modified the bash plate that comes with the genuine bullbar on a GU (Series 3 4.8) I've noticed there are some gaps either side of it that fill up with, and allow the bottom of the radiator pan, to fill up with Mud.

Has anyone modified this to avoid this happening, or have any suggestions?
