I don`t know, but in some pictures he seems to be blue color, instead of green - his real color..

was -3 degrees
morning was -10
And it really is very cold, but sometimes temperatures drop to -30 in places.
And I do not like the cold, but still can not stop to enjoy the Partol. :)
