Has anybody moved their interior lighting to secondary battery?

Not me, I just fitted LED's to all lights.
Can now leave them on for hours with no worries!

Would be possible if you really wanted to, just find the interior light circuit on the fuse block.
Snip the wire and extend to second battery with a fuse.

Yeah I've changed all mine to led's aswell, just lots of them. Working out how to move the circuit isn't the problem I was just curious is anyone has bothered doing it.

Negative, with led replacements, put the time to better use.

Same here LED replacement be it a bigger brighter light in passenger area.
Rear cargo area has big Led light again and powered from Aux battery via
rear panel with mini toggle switch.

You would be going for a while before your interior globes flatten your battery - on mine it is more like the radio or other accessories.

As others have already mentioned, swap out for LED Equivalents to ease your concerns.

My whole Patrol is LED and HID, as I like the bright white light and instant on/off LEDs give.
