I use a press and replace with bush's with a life time warranty. Ask me nicely and I will explain. However some will not like the story.

you have all heard of those hard as non flexing nolothane crap things. Well the company I work for (will reveal later on down the track) make polyurethane bushes. I would not believe it if I did not see it for my self. They flex better than rubber and have a life time warranty. Road, Race and 4x4. Have dealt with this myself. Funny thing is I have only had 2 patrols in the 6 months of working there and god knows how many land crabs. lol

Tell them to be a vendor and hook us up lol certainly sounds interesting!

Dhuck

I can hook all SE Qld members up and any body else that wants to come to the region. Will do at better than trade price. But they will not be a vendor.

There are many types of poly. From soft like jelly threw to like rock..
Nolothane do a poly which is in the stiffer end of the scale. You guys might do a softer compound..
But cool. I'd been keen to know more..

Please do not confuse nolithane for urethane. They are 2 different polymers. I would not touch nolithane with my worst enemy's penis's. Yes they must have more than one.

I am a plastics tech (my second trade) and they are 2 totally different materials. I have checked these out. The rubber, nolithane and polyurethane and the urethane seems to flex better than all and with the life time warranty if they crap themselves, have them replaced. To easy

About 3 hundred supplied and fitted but please do not quote me on the price. I am only the mechanic not the sales person. But can get them at a good price for forum members

Man I wish I knew this a month ago. I just replaced my radius arm bushes with genuine ones and it cost around $150 for parts and an a good part of a day changing them. I guess the knowledge I gained from doing it myself out ways the pains in the arrrs it was.

Our biggest issue was not having the correct die. Butchered a toy motor hub socket instead. Turns out toy motor does have a use haha

Every bush made by the mob I work for is made from polyurethane. But there is just different grades (hardness) of the polymer.
