Does anyone have any GQ bumper overriders for sale?
Mine are rusted out as I believe many do?

Assuming your talking about the rubber things either side of the rear bumper 'step'? My rear RH is rusted below the rubber, so also want to replace it...

Wouldn't they clean up?

Rubber doesn't rust wouldn't tt be the bar itself or the bolts so there would be no real point in getting new rubbers

G,day, somersetj, I could be wrong, but maybe a workshop that fits rear bars might have some lying around out the back of their shop.

I'm with mudnut

If you're not actually after the rubber then you need a new rear bar try either what mudnut has suggested or go to a wreckers, not sure if the sell original bars anywhere

Could always put on an after market steel bar now that you're looking at fixing it :)

The two parts in your pics are plastic and aluminum, neither rust? Do you have a pic of the rusty part?

Ahhh ok, I haven't had a close look at mine. So the washers aren't replaceable?

I think the rubber is moulded over metal, so I'm guessing the rubber cracks over time and water gets sucked in and rusts the metal. I tried removing mine for a closer look the other night but gave up after realising how many bolts needed undoing.. I'll let you know if I find a part number!

not sure where you are but you should also keep an eye on Gumtree for folk wrecking GQ's in and around your area................ there's been a few pop up here in Perth over the last couple of weeks

To the OP, any luck in finding them?

If so, where, how much etc?
