Patrols in Iceland

Here are some heavily modified Icelandic Patrols for you fellow members to look at and to see what we are doing with them here in my country.

This one is modifed for 46 inch tires and has GPS, VHF radio everything needed to drive in snow and darkness.

Many of them are in use as rescue vehicles with the volunteer rescue team.

Patrol in slush snow that is the worst thing to become stuck in.

Jeez they are sensational looking rides.
You blokes in that neck if the woods love the big tyres.....I'm guessing very functional for deep snow.
Imagine trying to get one of those rigs past a VicRoads inspection!!!!
