Has anyone had any experience with the Hema Navigator HN6? Ive bought one and find it great, but looking for ay tips others might have?

Hey mate, I've got hn5i. There a good bit of kit. Have you jumped on the Hema website and been through there tutorials? I have found them pretty informative and the best way to get better knowledge on the unit.

I had the HN5i and now moved to the HN6. I don't have an issue with it and the PC software helps with trip planning. Also loaded the SA 1:50000 maps and that has added a lot to the machine.

I have Hema on my iPiddle as well but if you have a good set of paper maps and the HN6 why worry about the iPiddle or other tablet.

If you really need a big screen use a USB GPS plug in with a laptop. Yep run that as well.
