So my 3rd and 4th gear crunch it used to be just 3rd but now its 4th aswell if I double clutch going up gear its fine but crunches going down unless I've got the brake on a touch and the revs in a certain spot I've been told on here its probably the syncro rings or bar "cant remember what its called dont know much about it" anyway just wondering if I dont fix that is it going to do worse damage to my gearbox

Pretty certain the sincromesh gears are shot..
But if you keep crunching them they won't last.. when slowing use the engine as much as possible. Clutch and hold a slight pressure at the gear you wanna select and give it a good rev. It should slide in crunch free..

By using the engine it saves your brakes to..

Bleed it? You may have some air in there and not throwing the clutch fully..

Don't forget the bleeder nipple on the passenger side near the diesel fuel filter. I missed this one and could figure out why my new clutch was buggered

Try a tube of nulon diff and gearbox treatment. The stuff works a treat. When I added it to my box, there was an instant improvement in shifting, and this improvement continued over the coming months.

As 3rd and 4th are on the same layshaft, I'd be looking at the syncros.
