View Full Version : Xgauge for AT oil temp

Having purchased an auto and planning to eventually tow a camper I want to invest in a AT oil temp gauge. I was looking at the Wholesale Autos kit but then had a light bulb moment where I thought perhaps there is an Xgauge for it!

Hunting around on the Scangauge website there is no specific Nissan Xgauges listed but I see there is one for Toyota Transmission Temp, which uses a CANSF protocol.

Do you guys think this would work? What protocol does the Patrol use?

Has been looked into before. Last I heard was they couldnt work it out. I'd be quite happy to be proven wrong though. Planning on buying the Wholesale Auto temp gauge in the next few days...

Hope I dont get shot for linking to the "other" forum...All good mate, was only when they had the virus issues we didn't want any direct links to Patrol4x4, all good now

Havent bought it yet, probably will ring up in the next week or so to order it. Got quoted via email $265 for the kit plus $19 postage.

Thats not to bad. Havent heard back from the Scangauge mob yet :(
