drop them in boiling sea water for 7 minuets then into cold water to stop cooking
crach them open guts then is hard and easy to remove

Mate I would love to. Let us know a weekend and ill try make it up. Ill see if the farm is available for camping if I can make it. Situated dead center of the leg 10k north of Autherton.
I have a long weekend every 3 weeks so one of them would be tops
