Probably reduced the size down a bit too much roofy - try again mate but only reduce the original down to 75 or 80 on the horizontal and vertical rather than 50.

Hey roofy, prob better people out there to advise but this is what i do.
Click Go advanced box (bottom right), If you want to download from your comp' files click attachments
paperclip, click on browse, select file or pic from file you wish to upload, click on open box which will enter your file into the browse box then click upload at bottom right. Did this while explaining so I know it worx.
If you want to upload from website ie; photobucket etc, click on insert image tab (little tree?) go to website and copy the image code and paste to url box, click ok, just check the url then and anything that has doubled up ie; http// IMG] you need to delete and that should be it. check preview post just to see if all good.
sounds a bit confusing but once you get it its not,
