mk front ball joints

hi all , can anyone tell me if you can just replace the dust boot covers on all the front ball joints or do i have to replace the entire joint. the ball joints are still good but the grease is coming out of the boots

I guess if you can get replacements you could, but its not much less work to change the whole joint.
