Recovery Bible in PDF and some other PDF references

Its taken a bit but here is the Recovery Bible in PDF and a Table of Contents. Its in A4 paper size so if you want to print off 80 odd pages it ready.
Unfortunately due to file size restrictions the Bible is in 3 parts. (Complete document is about 2.5MB)

Also:
CH 22 of the US Army driving manual vehicle recovery. Old but has some interesting stuff.
Warn guide to winching. Somewhat flogged and there are several versions of this about

This possible could go with the original thread but as it would be tacked on the end and may be missed by some.
