Hi, I joined this forum a while ago when I bought my first patrol. A 1983 MQ LWB ute, equipped with the formidable P40 engine. It was not in fantastic condition when I bought and I had hoped to fix her up and get her running around on the roads. However, I have now discovered that it is not an easy job. So, very regretfully, I am considering passing it along to the next owner, god forbid it be a wrecking yard where she would be mutilated :(
So, if you are looking for a project car, or even another MQ to supply yours with parts (I may consider selling it for parts), let me know and send me an offer (I'm hoping she is worth at least $1000, as she has already taken much more than that from me!!).
